Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food products and to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered.

We kindly request customers to review their order details, shipping address, and contact information carefully before placing an order, as all purchases are considered final.

Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The package arrives in an unusable condition.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, kindly provide:

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
